Ashley is a restless creative, author, thought leader and your head of T-CA. Her approach is a blend of self-development practices and empowering mentorship tactics. She's dedicated to guiding young women towards realizing their full potential, so they can step into their power and curate a life they are obsessed with—personally and professionally.

Ashley has collaborated with over 250 femprenuers and female-founded businesses, leading them to build sustainable businesses and passive income streams that achieve 10k+ days. Ashley champions those who want the most out of life, advocating for every woman's right to be free from the shadows of discouragement and the constraints of a system that may have once held them back.

Women have long been underestimated in business and society, often facing mistreatment. As an athlete, I endured mental and physical trauma from coaches who doubted my potential. It wasn’t until I was released from the team that I realized it was time to bet on myself. I refused to let fear, anxiety, and doubt dictate my life, opting instead to convert my strengths into my success. 7 years into my entrepreneurial journey–now, as your coach, I'm redefining leadership for the women who are ready to do the unconventional. Winning takes grit and consistency from every teammate; I don’t want to build my empire alone, rather with women who hold the same ambition for themselves.
